Our Team Loves What They Do – And You Could Too

EHS Administrator
Experience: 0–1+ years
Minimum Certifications: OSHA 10
EHS Assistants play a foundational role in supporting safety operations across an organization. Working under the guidance of EHS Managers, Engineers, and Coordinators, they help foster a culture of safety and compliance.
This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to the industry. While a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety is often preferred, degrees in related fields such as Industrial Management or Engineering are also valued. Advanced education, such as a master’s in EHS or Engineering, can offer a competitive edge.
Work environments vary widely—ranging from office and lab settings to production facilities. Tasks may include administrative duties, data collection, compliance tracking, or assisting with safety audits. Whether using lab equipment or standard office tools, adaptability and attention to detail are key traits for success.

EHS Coordinator
Experience: 2–4+ years
Minimum Certifications: OSHA 30, OSHA 500, or a degree in EHS
As a key leader in safety program execution, the EHS Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies across operations. This role ensures full compliance with federal, state, and internal health and safety standards.
EHS Coordinators work in both office and field environments, often collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, and operations. Occasional travel to job sites, warehouses, or plant floors is expected.

A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Industrial Technology, or Occupational Safety is typically required, along with several years of field experience. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills are essential, as coordinators serve as the point of contact for all safety compliance efforts.

EHS Technician
Experience: 1–3+ years
Minimum Certifications: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, OSHA 510
EHS Technicians are hands-on professionals responsible for handling hazardous materials, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. They may also play a key role in training team members and maintaining safe work practices on-site.
Technicians often work full-time in a range of industries—from construction to manufacturing—and may operate on rotating schedules or travel between job sites. The role requires physical stamina, multitasking ability, and proficiency with industrial equipment such as forklifts and end loaders.
While a high school diploma is the minimum requirement, candidates with associate’s or bachelor’s degrees are highly sought after. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and regulatory knowledge are essential for success in this role.

EHS Engineer
Experience: 3–5+ years
Minimum Certifications: OSHA 510, OSHA 500, and a degree in EHS or a related field

These professionals blend technical expertise in systems engineering with a deep understanding of health and safety regulations to develop and enforce safety protocols.
Key responsibilities include analyzing workplace conditions, investigating incidents to identify root causes, and developing solutions to prevent recurrence. EHS Engineers typically split their time between office-based tasks and on-site assessments.
While most EHS Engineers work standard weekday hours, flexibility is essential. Emergency situations or shift-based operations may require evening, weekend, or overnight availability.
